Shipping

Where does Ikii Ship?

We currently ship everywhere in Singapore as well as Malaysia and more countries coming soon!

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders to any corner within Singapore. Delivery should not take more than 3 business days upon confirmation of order.


 

How about international shipping?

Unfortunately, IKII only available for both Singapore & Malaysia at the moment. Our IKII Team is working hard to make IKII presents in the global footprint. 

How long does it take to process my order?

Once an order is placed, we will process it immediately and your package will be shipped from our warehouse in 1 business day. For order placed from within Singapore, your order should typically arrive at your doorstep within 5-7 business days. 

 

Note: Our warehouse team takes a much deserved vacation on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be processed on the following business day.


 

How can i track my order?

As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, as well as the link directing you to our logistics partner’s tracking service.

Can I change my delivery address?

How about: As soon as your order is processed and delivered, it would no longer be possible to change your delivery address.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@ikiitravel.com. Please explain the issue and include a photo of the damaged item (where applicable) and your order number. We will take care of the rest.

Return & Refund

What about the 7-day free return policy?

We want you to have a 7-day peace of mind, to find out if our luggage best suits the way you travel. From the day you receive your IKII luggage, you have up to 7 days to interact with it and share it on socials. If it is decided during the 7-day period that it is not for you, just shoot us an email at hello@ikiitravel.com to inform us your decision. We will then process your request and no questions will be asked.

 

Kindly return the luggage(s) to IKII's office by walk-in or delivery (Shipping fee to be borne by the customer). Once we receive the returned luggage, we will process your refund. For international order, please refer to the next question.

What if I have an international return?

If you are located outside of the Singapore and want to return the order during the 7-day peace of mind period, please email us at hello@ikiitravel.com to let us know. In this regard, please be advised that you will ONLY be refunded for the price of the luggage, but NOT the original shipping cost, and the return delivery fee will also be borne by yourself.

 

On the Commercial Invoice, please indicate that it is a returned order and please ship to:

When can I expect my refund?

Upon we receive the returned luggage, we will process your refund within 10 business days, and it may take another 1-2 business days for the transfer of refund to your payment account. In this regard, please also note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process your refund. You will be notified via email when we have processed your refund request and you will receive your refund via the same method that you used to pay for the product(s).

Warranty

Do you have warranty for your luggage?

Yes, excluding the electronic components, we guarantee you a 5-year warranty on manufacturer defects for your IKII luggage, which covers any defects to the shell, wheels, handles, zippers, or anything else that functionally and physically impairs the luggage, as defined by the Scope and Term of our warranty. If anything defects, we will fix or replace it for you.

 

The electronic components, on the other hand, are guaranteed a one-year warranty. We will offer a replacement device for purchase when the one-year warranty is expired.

 

1.1 What are the “Scope and Terms” of warranty?

Subject to the provisions set forth below, IKII provides an absolute warranty that the IKII Luggage will be free from the following manufacturer defects:

a. Cracks or breakages in the luggage shell,

b. Broken-off wheels 

c. Handles, trolley handles, and zippers that cannot be used anymore.

 

The warranty shall not apply to:
 

a. Defects caused by improper use or handling of the IKII luggage

b. General wear & tear generated from using the IKII luggage

c. Dents, bumps, scratches, and scuffs generated from using the IKII luggage

d. Any damages that do not impact the overall functionality of the IKII Luggage

e. IKII luggage that was not purchased directly from IKII.
 

 

 

The warranty shall apply for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase stated on the sales receipt ("Warranty Period").

 

1.2. WARRANTY SERVICES

 

If an event covered by this warranty occurs, IKII will, at its discretion, repair the defect, replace the defective part, or provide a luggage replacement. In case of luggage replacement, subject to stock availability, IKII reserves the right to deliver IKII luggage of a different color.

 

If an event covered by this warranty occurs, IKII will repair or replace and return to You the IKII luggage within 30 days from receipt. Please note that following such repair or replacement, the original Warranty Period continues to apply and is not extended.

 

1.3. ASSERTION OF WARRANTY CLAIM

 

You are entitled to a claim, if any, arising from this warranty only if You return the IKII luggage to IKII, together with a sales receipt to the address stated below and a description of the defects and photos depicting the defects.

 

In exercising your claim, please first request a return label by emailing hello@ikiitravel.com, while also detailing the nature of the defects and attaching a photo depicting the same, as well as the corresponding sales receipt.

 

The delivery of the defective luggage should be directed to IKII Pte Ltd, kindly reach us for the arrangement at the contact number +65 9036 1829

 

All claims arising from the warranty are subject to the statutory limitation period.

 

2. ONE-YEAR WARRANTY ON ELECTRONIC DEVICE OF THE IKII LUGGAGE

 

2.1. SCOPE AND TERM

 

The “electronic device” of the IKII luggage refers to the integrated scale (on the luggage handle), the Bluetooth locking mechanism, and the proximity alert mechanism (for distance sensing).

 

Subject to the provisions set forth below, IKII provides an absolute warranty that the electronic device of the IKII luggage delivered to you will be free from the following functional defects:

a. Malfunction of the integrated scale;

b. Malfunction of the Bluetooth locking mechanism; and

c. Malfunction of the proximity alert mechanism.

 

The warranty for the electronic device shall apply for a period of one year from the date of purchase stated on the sales receipt ("Warranty Period").

 

The warranty shall not apply to:

a. Defects caused by improper use or handling of the IKII luggage and wear & tear.

b. IKII luggage that was not purchased from IKII.
 

 

2.2. WARRANTY SERVICES

Product

Does the lower price tag on IKII luggage in comparison to other luggage come with any compromise?

The short answer is no. Conventionally, the retail luggage business model involves multiple middle players, each taking a slice on the luggage selling price. The end result: overpriced luggage, which does not necessarily mean superb quality. As we sell directly to our customers, our luggage is free from any third-party markup, and that gives us more room in providing more premium quality products at an affordable price.

Is The carry-on fits the airlines?

Yes! Our carry-on sized at 56.5cm X 35.5cm X 23cm, provides a universal fit for the cabin of any airlines

How long does the battery last?

This depends on how frequent you travel. Our dry-cell-battery powered electronic device is designed to have low power consumption, and should last for 2-3 years say if you travel once every month.

How should I check the power level of the batteries?

Please login to the IKII app on your mobile device and once your luggage is paired with the mobile device, you should see a “battery icon” indicating the power level of the batteries on the luggage page. When the icon turns red, please install new batteries.

Is the battery removable?

Yes! The power unit is placed under the inner lining of the luggage, on the trolley handle side and can be revealed by unzipping the lining.

Do I have to remove the batteries for check-in or going on board?

No. Your IKII Luggage is powered by check-in-friendly AAA dry-cell batteries (NOT lithium-ion batteries), which is compliant to the aviation regulations of most airlines. This is a conscious decision that we made during the design process in view of the bumpy history of lithium-ion batteries. Thus, whether you are checking in your luggage or carrying it with you, feel free to keep the batteries installed.

Care

How do I take care of my IKII luggage?

For the exterior, simply use a soft cloth or sponge soaked with warm water and mild soap to give it a gentle wipe. Avoid any harsh detergents, industrial solvent or abrasive materials to keep the shell shining as new.

 

For the interior, the premium waterproof lining is ultra-durable and can easily be cleaned with a damp cloth and gentle soap. After wiping, do leave the luggage open to dry.
